STEP1: E-Mail enquiry
STEP 2: Specifying your order via E-Mail
We will make order specification including KOPF watch description and your customization options. You can choose:
- serial number
- hands and tritium tones
- signature with your name initials
- any 10-15 words short phrase hidden inside the case
STEP 3: Invoice and 25% payment
Once we receive your details, a reservation payment is required for us to proceed, it will make up for 25% of the price. At this stage, we can start making your custom KOPF timepiece.
STEP 4: Production 5-6 months
The production and customization will take approximately five to six months, depending on the configuration of your chosen custom piece and current production queue. After your watch is ready, we will photograph it.
STEP 5: Pick up or delivery
After viewing your watch all around, you can pay the rest 75% of the price, and we will be ready to deliver the piece to you. We provide an international tracked shipping, included in the price, but you are welcome to suggest your preferred delivery option or visit our premises for local pick up. Local pick up is available in our shop in Bristol, UK.
